DO YOU NOW NEED PROOF FOR THE TAX OFFICE?
Whether you are a company or a private individual, "simplified proof" is generally sufficient for donations of up to EUR 300. This includes:
A Printout of the payment receipt
A Account statement
A Screenshot of the transfer
A Donation confirmation
Incidentally, the amount of 300 euros applies to each individual donation, not to the total donations made in a year.
NOTES
Booking confirmation
Make sure that the name and account number, the name and bank details of the recipient, the amount and the booking date are shown on the confirmation page.
Account statement
Remember to black out any details that have nothing to do with the donation. Only your name and account number, as well as the name and account number of the recipient of the donation, the amount and the posting date must be shown on the bank statement. If necessary, you should also enclose the pre-printed transfer form with the copy of the bank statement.
Donation confirmation
In times of online banking, however, the tax office usually also accepts the donation confirmation with transaction details, which you receive automatically by e-mail after we have received your donation.
You only have to submit receipts for your donations if your tax office asks you to do so.

You will always receive your donation receipt automatically in February of the following year
of all your donations from the past year.
For companies:
Please let us know if you would like your individual donation receipt by the 15th of the month following the donation.
In both cases, your full contact details are required,
which you can submit using one of the options listed below.
If you have already sent it to us in the donation process, no further steps are necessary.
