10.000 Eichen für Lüdenscheid:

Nature needs us - and we need nature! That is why we are launching a very special project this fall: together with your support, we will plant 10,000 oak trees in Lüdenscheid. These young oaks, which have already reached an impressive height of around 50 - 80 centimetres, will grow into stately trees in the coming years and make an important contribution to our environment.

Why oaks?

The oak is not only a symbol of strength and durability, but also an important habitat for numerous animals and insects. Thanks to its robust roots, it makes a significant contribution to improving the soil and storing water. Trees also bind CO₂ and play a crucial role in the fight against climate change. By planting these oaks, we are sending a strong signal for a green future.

Our goal

Unser Ziel ist es, insgesamt 10.000 Eichen zu pflanzen – Zerreichen, Roteichen und Stieleichen – um damit langfristig die Biodiversität und die Klimaresilienz in der Region Lüdenscheid zu fördern. Diese Aktion wird das lokale Ökosystem stärken, die Luftqualität verbessern und in den kommenden Jahrzehnten wertvollen Lebensraum für viele Arten bieten.

Die erste Pflanzung fand bereits am 11.12.2024 statt.

Die nächste Pflanzung findet am 10.04.205 ab 9.30 Uhr statt.
