Nature - accessible

The "PLANT-MY-TREE. Die Stiftung. forest nature trail" is something very special. It contains many of the important and rare tree species from Germany. It also includes experimental tree species that will form the forest of the future in Germany due to their adaptation to the climate.

Covering an area of around 1 hectare, the trail will be laid out in such a way that it blends beautifully into the landscape and also gives people with disabilities the opportunity to walk it to the full.

The path

It has a length of approx. 500 meters and blends in perfectly with nature over an area of approx. one hectare.

Get to know Germany's trees

Along the way you can get to know many of the important and rare tree species from Germany, as well as experimental trees that are planted on our land due to their climate resistance.

Flower meadows

The nature trail leads past beautiful flower meadows with magnificent colors - home to many insects.

Teaching panels

Discover new knowledge about the natural world around you. Our learning boards contain interesting fun facts and show you new perspectives.

Handicapped accessible

Everyone should be able to enjoy nature, including people with a disability. Our forest nature trail is fully accessible for everyone. The height difference of the path is approx. 10 meters. Due to the constant gradient, wheelchair users are able to navigate the entire path.
